For Sale: 1986 Fleetwood Southwind

Description: Up for sale is a 1986 Fleetwood Southwind with 71,700 miles.  We got a trailer and no longer need this motorhome.  We are asking only $500 because the car currently does not start.  I believe it is a 28 foot or round thereabouts.  Everything else works as far as interior including sink, stove, microwave, bathroom, shower, etc.  It also has a 4000 Watt built-in generator.

Would be great for someone who is mechanically inclined, to sell as scrap, or for an outback casita! :)

THE GOOD:

• Interior in good shape
• Sleeps 6 comfortably
• Only 71,700 miles
• NEW tires worth $500
• Working built-in 4000 Watt Generator
• All inside living luxuries (bathroom, sink, stove, etc) worked when last checked
• Books at $5000 if in working condition

THE BAD:

• Cracked front windshield
• Currently does not run.  We do not know what the problem is.
• Needs mechanical work

It also has brand new tires on it that we bought earlier this year(rv hasn't been anywhere this year) that are worth $500 alone.

If you were to haul it off, the tires are worth as much as we are asking.  Part it out, fix to resell, or do whatever.  It will be a good investment for whoever buys it.
